  • How do I book an astrological reading with Taylor?

    An astrological reading, or consultation, can be booked through the button at the top right of the page, the link at the bottom of the page, or through taylorshuler.as.me. Choose the type of session you’d like to have, pick an available time a date that works for you, complete the intake form and submit payment online. Email Taylor with any questions at [email protected].

  • Are you an astrologist or an astrologer?

    Both! Technically, the terms astrologist and astrologer mean the same thing. According to a poll fellow astrologer. I prefer to refer to myself as an astrologer. Many social media and other search engines use the term astrologist, likely because of a lack of awareness of preferences of many companies that create professional categories of practitioner’s preference to be called astrologer. But no worries, we know what you mean 😉

  • What kinds of payments do you accept?​

    PayPal, Venmo, Credit/Debit through Square, barter and trade are all accepted. To inquire on how those modalities that can not be processed through the website can be exchanged, kindly send an email or submit your request via the Contact Form.

  • How do I reschedule my appointment?​

    Appointments can be rescheduled once per year with no less than 24 hours notice at no charge. To reschedule a session, use the reschedule button in your confirmation email. Sessions that are rescheduled are non-refundable if cancelled or forfeited.

  • Can I cancel my appointment?

    Of course! Sessions can be cancelled with a full refund up to one week (7 days, 168 hours) in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations less than one week in advance , and more than 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are not refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled once per year with no less than 24 hours notice at no charge. 

  • Do you offer discounts or promotions?​

    Submit your name and email address at the bottom of the Home page to be the first to know about promotional discounts and opportunities!

  • I’m interested in a sliding scale consultation or donating a solidarity reading to subsidize sliding scale clients. How can I book or donate?​

    Submit your request to be considered for a solidarity session through the Contact Form with information about which session you are interested in and, briefly, how/why you are eligible based on the description on the Solidarity page. You can also send an email to [email protected].
